Paul Blanco has over 18 years experience in the Property industry, where he has spent a considerable amount of his career with large valuation firms, gaining vital experience in various asset classes. This includes specialising in valuing commercial, industrial and residential properties.

Paul then spent a short time in project sales, where he excelled in managing and selling off plan developments in Melbourne. It wasn’t long before he made the move back to his true calling of conducting valuation work, as well as helping various local, interstate and overseas purchasers through property advisory for pre-purchase purposes.

His vast and varied experience has added a new dimension to Paul’s service abilities, allowing him to assess all angles of rapidly changing markets, and provide accurate valuations and tailored property advice to his clients. He is incredibly enthusiastic, motivated, knowledgeable, and has a true passion for the real estate industry.
